Jacob Sartorius

JacobRolf Jacob Sartorius was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was brought to Virginia for adoption when the parents suffered from illness and could not or were unwilling to care for him. His family was raised at Reston, Virginia by his adoptive parents . By the age of seven, he started performing in musicals, where was he discovered his passion for performing. Vine, an American web-based short-form video hosting service, closed its doors in 2017. Sartorius posted lip-syncing videos on Vine which had more than 8 million subscribers by the end of August in 2016. Social media provided him with an escape after he was targeted and eventually turned into a victim. He used to say that before Musical.ly was launched, he wasn't exactly the most social. He believed that everybody watched him except for the camera.
